Turn to the back of your Missouri title and look near the top of the page.

On the first line, print the name of the buyer. Next to that, write in the sale price of the vehicle in the appropriate box.

On the next line, print the buyer's full address. Next to that, write in the value of any trade-in vehicle in the appropriate box.
